主廚親上主菜 - Roy's Hawaiian





有聽過夏威夷料理嗎?在夏威夷旅遊中,有兩件重要體驗:第一是「美食」,第二是「阿囉哈精神」。「羅伊夏威夷餐館」(Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Restaurant)結合歐式醬料與亞洲美食風格,伴隨著夏威夷人的好客之道,留給不少饕家難忘的浪漫夜晚。

「羅伊夏威夷餐館」起於1988年檀香山,由日裔大廚山口羅伊(Roy Yamaguchi)所創立,曾連續六年拿下國家美食大獎,門客絡繹不絕。之後快速擴張品牌,全美迄今已擁有33家分店。

夏威夷是背包族的天堂樂園,結合歐洲、亞洲與美洲的獨特料理,食物更被世人譽稱「人間美味」,令不少民眾垂涎三尺。當地人強調以新鮮的蔬果製作,海鮮更是現撈現煮,每道美食都經過大廚巧思,賞心悅目。

羅伊夏威夷餐館的主餐,更是由主廚親自上菜,將每位客戶視作上賓。

走進羅伊夏威夷餐館便能感受溫馨浪漫的熱帶風情,不僅裝潢高雅、富麗堂皇,還有開放式廚房展示、吧台,以及隔間包廂、宴客廳。

不論情侶約會、親友聚餐,還是招待公司貴客,均是上選。羅伊不像其他餐館匆忙上菜,急著趕人。從前菜、主菜到點心,份量精巧細緻,需預留兩小時的用餐時間,讓饕家們細嚼慢嚥地品嘗美味,享受輕鬆悠閒的用餐時光。

羅伊價格不菲,以醬料聞名,省錢族可選擇經濟實惠型的35元套餐,但不含湯點。前菜有三選一的水果沙拉、牛肉球、牛肉沙拉;主菜有鮭魚、牛腰肉、牛肋肉、大蝦,並搭配馬鈴薯泥、可樂餅、花椰菜。

甜點則有二選一的南瓜慕斯、巧克力醬冰淇淋,較為普通。若想品嘗日本料理,也有壽司菜單供應,還可點上一瓶紅酒,開胃助興。

餐館中照相機的閃光燈從未停過,每道菜的擺設令人驚艷,不少民眾開動前均會拍照留念。傳統美式高檔餐館均以「分量」掛帥,但羅伊所有的菜色拿捏地恰到好處,「大碗公」的民眾常會有吃不飽的感覺,不知不覺地要求加菜服務。

南加州羅伊夏威夷餐館共有七間分店,包括洛杉磯市、巴沙迪那、安那罕、新港灘、聖地牙哥市、拉荷雅(La Jolla),以及幻象莊(Rancho Mirage)。www.roysrestaurant.com網站提供線上訂位,可註明是結婚紀念日、生日、蜜月旅行或者求婚,提供客製化服務,增添驚喜的餘興節目。
